Protection of your personal data

APIDAE CONSULTING undertakes to process your personal data fairly, transparently and securely, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This page sets out your rights and how to exercise them.

Your rights

Regarding the data concerning you, you have the following rights:

• Right of access : obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it.
• Right to rectification : have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Right to erasure : request the deletion of your data, within the limits set by law.
• Right to restriction : request the temporary suspension of the use of your data.
• Right to object : object, on legitimate grounds, to a processing operation.
• Right to portability : retrieve your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Post-mortem directives : set out what happens to your data after your death.

How to exercise your rights

Response time

We undertake to respond to your request within one month of receiving it, a period that may be extended by two months for complex requests.

Complaint to the CNIL

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
